Responded to emergency no-heat call for 10+ year old boiler system. Found multiple issues including power/gas shutoff, low pressure, failed circulation pump, plugged vents, compromised expansion tank, and worn thermocouple. System also exhibited problems with seized water supply valve and required air vent replacement. Restored system functionality by addressing critical components; customer was advised of additional concerns regarding piping and air separator that will require future attention.
