Responded to service call regarding odor from toilet. Performed comprehensive inspection and determined toilet was functioning properly with normal flush operation. Identified loose left lavatory bolt as the only issue, which was likely allowing sewer gases to escape. No foreign objects were found in the toilet or pipes.
