Resolved no-heat complaint on 10+ year-old system exhibiting short cycling and watchdog mode error (primary/secondary switch open). Diagnostic testing revealed unit was overheating due to restrictive 3M filter and elevated gas pressure (10.10). Removed dirty filter, adjusted gas pressure to specification, and verified proper operation through complete heating cycle. Recommended customer install lower-restriction MERV 6-8 filter for optimal system performance.
