Responded to a no-heat service call for a downflow furnace that was cycling on but shutting down prematurely due to pressure switch issues. Identified water in the inducer assembly caused by a condensate line clogged with PVC shavings from installation. Cleared the blocked drain lines, removed water from inducer, and restored normal heating operation. Discussed future improvements including new lineset installation for AC issues, thermostat relocation, and proper mini-split positioning in 4-season room.
