Responded to client's report of partial heat issue with boiler system that serves in-floor radiant heating. Inspected the zoned hydronic system with multiple Taco circulators mounted on plywood backing, verifying thermostat function for two problematic zones. Confirmed both thermostats properly engage their respective pumps and that supply/return lines feel warm when called. Due to complexity of the multi-zone installation with numerous valves and copper distribution piping, scheduled follow-up visit with senior technician for further diagnosis as immediate cause of inadequate heating in upstairs bedrooms could not be determined.
