Responded to service call for non-functional upper level heat and system noise. Found low water pressure causing excessive wear on primary pump and air-locked zone pumps. Added water to system, purged air from loops, and restored proper pump operation. Set system pressure to 17 psi. Noted discolored water with oxygen bubbles throughout system. Recommended Fernox Treatment and replacement of primary pump due to wear.
