Completed furnace tune-up and home inspection on a 2005 Carrier furnace. Performed comprehensive system check including heat exchanger inspection, gas pressure verification, and carbon monoxide testing with all readings within normal parameters. Conducted maintenance service including cleaning of flame sensor, orifice, and burners; inspected furnace air filter and blower wheel motor; and verified no gas leaks present using detection equipment.
