Performed maintenance tune-up on 21-year-old Trane 80% furnace. Identified cracked heat exchanger and internal high limit. Consulted with customer about the issue, who indicated plans for system replacement in spring. Also noted dirty blower wheel requiring cleaning. Filter was inspected and appears to be in good condition.
