Responded to no heat call for furnace over 10 years old exhibiting intermittent operation. Diagnostic testing revealed dirty flame sensor causing system shutdown. Performed cleaning of flame sensor. Combustion analysis with Testo 310 confirmed proper operation with acceptable flue gas parameters (CO₂: 8.25%, efficiency: 79.3%). System now operating within normal parameters.
