Responded to service call for water line connection to Whirlpool refrigerator. Upon inspection, determined water supply system was functioning properly with adequate line pressure at the filter assembly, but no water was dispensing from the refrigerator outlet. Diagnosed issue as internal refrigerator malfunction rather than plumbing problem. Advised customer to contact Whirlpool manufacturer for warranty service.
