Responded to no-heat call for 5-year-old Lennox gas furnace (Model C35-24B-2F-2) which was not operating despite thermostat being set to heat. Diagnosed issue with hot surface ignitor not lighting. Inspected and cleared bugs from condensate lines and drain, then verified proper system operation through cycling test. System now functioning normally with proper ignition sequence and heating capability restored.
