Performed comprehensive furnace tune-up and safety check including gas leak inspection, proper grounding verification, pressure switch testing, and carbon monoxide measurement. Diagnosed and addressed rattling noise, tested flame igniter, gas valve solenoid, flame sensor, and blower motor capacitor. Verified and adjusted both stage 1 and stage 2 heating gas pressures using manometer. Cleared condensation line and confirmed proper system operation after service completion.
