Responded to no-cooling complaint on 5-year-old Rheem AC system. Diagnosed failed capacitor (visibly bubbled on top) which prevented fan motor operation. Replaced capacitor, restoring proper system function and cooling. Customer reported neighborhood power fluctuations likely contributed to component failure.
