Upon arrival, system was operating normally; however, inspection revealed improper exhaust configuration presenting safety concerns. Documented non-compliant venting arrangement with photos in unfinished basement under construction. Advised homeowner of code violations and potential hazards related to exhaust system. Customer will contact for corrective measures.
