Performed comprehensive maintenance on 8-year-old Rheem furnace. Identified and resolved intermittent burner ignition issue by disassembling and cleaning burner assembly and orifices. Replaced weak flame sensor and faulty high limit switch, changed dirty filter that was causing system to overheat. All safety checks completed with satisfactory combustion analysis results.
