Performed furnace inspection and tune-up service. Combustion analysis showed system operating at 87.5% efficiency with acceptable CO levels (5 ppm). Identified multiple critical issues including failing ignition components, oil leakage from blower motor, burn marks on control board, and contaminated secondary heat exchanger. Recommended either component replacement or complete furnace replacement due to the extent of deterioration.
