Performed diagnostic assessment on 19-year-old furnace with suspected smoke damage following a house fire. Inspection revealed smoke contamination inside front cover, potential heat exchanger crack, severely smoke-damaged condensate pan and evaporator coil, grinding draft motor, and worn flame sensor and ignitor. Documented damage with photographic evidence of electrical components and control board for insurance purposes.
