Diagnosed and repaired a water leak at the valve connection on pipe leading to exterior faucet. Observed significant corrosion and deterioration on copper pipe with damaged insulation and water damage to surrounding wooden structure. Provided bid for main line rebuild due to extensive system deterioration.
