Responded to service call for non-functioning Aprilaire Model 560 humidifier. Diagnosed water flow issue past the solenoid valve. Upon testing, confirmed proper voltage to both humidistat and solenoid. After cycling the humidistat dial several times, the solenoid cleared and resumed normal operation. System is now functioning correctly, though the solenoid may be experiencing intermittent clogging or failure. Provided customer with replacement options for solenoid, humidistat, and complete humidifier unit.
