Responded to no heat complaint on 9-year-old Amana furnace with intermittent ignition failure occurring primarily at night. Diagnostic testing revealed stored error code 7 (ignition lockout) in system history, but all components functioned properly during inspection. Performed electrical testing on ignition system components with no faults detected. Will continue to monitor situation as intermittent issue could not be replicated during service call.
