Conducted airflow verification on newly installed furnace system after customer reported inadequate supply to upstairs registers. Diagnostic testing showed uneven air distribution with reduced flow from one side. Documented temperature readings at vents and inspected ductwork condition. Communicated findings to Nick who will develop solution to address the airflow imbalance. System is currently providing heat.
