Installed a new adjustable water pressure regulator (up to 1") to replace failing unit. Initial testing showed pressure readings of approximately 50-60 PSI on the Bluefin gauge. The regulator was properly mounted to the concrete block wall with copper and PVC connections, ensuring optimal water pressure throughout the property and protecting pipes and fixtures from excessive pressure damage.
