Conducted annual furnace tune-up on 25-year-old Pulse system. Performed standard maintenance including temperature rise verification, drain cleaning, electrical component inspection, and air exchanger vacuuming. Investigated electric boiler issues; system required water addition to achieve proper pressure (15+ psi). Identified potential problem with manual reset on thermostat located on top of electric boiler, likely triggered by low water condition. Discovered damaged transformer board during voltage testing that will require replacement.
