Responded to no heat service call for 4-year-old furnace system. Diagnostic testing revealed furnace initiated properly but blower motor failed to operate during heating cycle and independent fan operation. Confirmed proper voltage (120V and 24V) to blower motor and mechanical condition of wheel assembly. Determined ECM module failure as root cause. Discussed findings with customer and initiated process for replacement parts options.
