Responded to emergency call for frozen pipes resulting from furnace failure. Inspected property and found multiple frozen fixtures including toilets, kitchen sink, vanity sink drain, and a damaged shower cartridge. Replaced shower cartridge and verified no pipe breakage was evident at kitchen sink leak location. Provided customer with preventative instructions to leave cabinets open to facilitate thawing and monitor for any additional damage once system fully thaws.
