Performed annual furnace maintenance on 4-year-old FRP system. Conducted operational testing, gas pressure verification, and temperature rise check. Identified and remediated two issues: applied necessary silicone to unsealed exhaust PVC connection at furnace top and diagnosed leaking 3" PVC joint. Provided customer with options for humidifier installation and discussed potential solutions for bathroom ventilation and additional return air installations.
