Diagnosed issue as overheating caused by severely clogged air filter which customer had just replaced. Performed comprehensive system check including cleaning flame sensor, verifying proper condensate drainage, and confirming correct gas pressure. System now operating normally with appropriate 55° temperature rise. Advised customer on importance of regular filter maintenance.
