Performed diagnostic inspection on zone valve system and identified need for power head replacement. Upon arrival, discovered incorrect replacement part was provided. Documented existing valve configuration with photos showing copper piping assembly and internal components of the current zone valve head. Service to be completed on return visit with proper replacement parts sourced from alternate location.
