Responded to no-heat complaint at multi-unit residence. Identified two problematic rooms with temperature issues. For NW room, discovered unused baseboard heater and activated it to supplement inadequate airflow. For SE room, inspected furnace operation (functioning properly) but found thermostat set 3° lower than other zones; adjusted setpoint to match building standard. Additionally, observed fresh air damper fully open during blower operation, allowing excessive cold air intake; adjusted damper to 50% capacity to improve overall heating performance and balance.
