Responded to no heat complaint and installed new draft combustion inducer assembly. Upon testing, discovered failed gas valve and non-operational condensate pump. Inspected heat exchanger which showed areas of concern but no compromises. Communicated findings to landlord and recommended obtaining estimates for additional repairs given unit's age and condition, with follow-up appointment scheduled.
