Responded to customer concern that recently installed furnace was not maintaining adequate heat. Upon inspection, discovered partially closed dampers in living room vents and thermostat set to "comfort" mode causing more frequent cycling. Opened dampers in living room vents and educated homeowner on thermostat comfort settings. Activated fan to improve air circulation throughout home to address customer's temperature perception issues. All equipment functioning properly with no mechanical deficiencies identified.
