Performed annual maintenance on 3-year-old Furnace FRP system. Inspected heat exchanger with no issues found, cleaned and inspected blower, checked all electrical connections, and verified clear condensate lines with proper drainage. Tested system operation for 20 minutes confirming proper gas pressures and venting with a 55°F temperature rise. Filter maintained by customer. All system parameters within specifications per tune-up documentation.
