Diagnosed and resolved kitchen sink drainage issue by cutting access hole in wall panel to reach blocked drain pipe at floor level. Cleared obstruction that was causing water to back up into open sewer vent under sink, resulting in leaks when garbage disposal was used. Provided consultation regarding installation of air admittance valve as requested by customer.
