Performed comprehensive furnace tune-up service on three units: main home furnace, garage hanging unit, and outbuilding furnace. Main home and garage units were in good working condition with clean components and proper electrical specifications. Both units demonstrated appropriate temperature rise and operated normally during 15-minute test cycles. Identified critical issues with outbuilding furnace including cracked burner inlet on heat exchanger and excessive blower play with out-of-spec capacitor. Tagged outbuilding furnace due to safety concerns and scheduled estimate for heat exchanger replacement.
