Responded to no-heat call at residence with dual heating system (oil and propane furnaces). Diagnosed issues: propane furnace had frozen vent pipe and oil furnace required bleeding. Successfully repaired frozen vent pipe on propane unit, bled air from oil furnace lines, and restored operation of both systems. Customer interested in replacing oil furnace with new propane system.
