Internal examination of ductwork revealed multiple collapsed sections with significant dust accumulation, restricting proper airflow. Advised customer that blower motor is beginning to fail due to restricted airflow conditions and recommended complete ductwork replacement prior to motor replacement to prevent damage to new components and ensure proper system function.
