Responded to call regarding frozen furnace vent pipe. Upon arrival, customer had already cleared ice blockage and furnace was operational. Identified improper venting configuration with approximately 30 ft run under deck causing condensation freezing issues. Consulted with Jordan who scheduled follow-up visit to evaluate alternative venting locations to prevent future freezing incidents.
