Conducted inspection of dual A.O. Smith water heater system in basement utility area. Units showed signs of aging including oxidation on copper pipes and mineral buildup on components. Evaluated flue pipe connection to ceramic base and checked integrity of red valve handle on left pipe assembly. System appears functional but exhibits normal wear consistent with regular use.
