Responded to service call for boiler malfunction resulting in no hot water; diagnosed pressure switch code error. Upon removing the cover, system became operational, but identified failing bearing in combustion fan motor causing abnormal noise. Submitted parts request for replacement fan motor as current unit appears to have temporarily locked up but is functioning inconsistently.
