Performed semi-annual maintenance on a furnace as per agreement. Replaced dirty filter, cleaned and balanced blower, and inspected heat exchanger which showed normal hotspots on first back bends with no compromises. All electrical components tested within specifications, trap was clean with clear lines, and system demonstrated proper operation with appropriate gas pressures and 50-degree temperature rise during 15-minute operational test.
