Responded to customer complaint of resonant pulsing noise from air handler, primarily occurring at low temperatures. Inspected Lennox HVAC system and identified noise emanating from return grills. Removed, cleaned, and repositioned all five return grills to reduce airflow noise. Recommended potential solutions including replacement with higher-airflow return grills and adjustment of heat pump airflow settings if issue persists.
