Responded to wood boiler system operating issue with zones not shutting off at temperature. Diagnosed wood stove lockout and reset unit to restore operation. Examined pump functionality throughout system and replaced garage pump as troubleshooting measure. Identified design issue causing continuous flow through hot water coil loop even when pump is inactive. Recommended installation of relay-in-a-box (RIB) to allow proper thermostat control of blower and pump to eliminate persistent heat problem.
