Performed furnace tune-up on a 17-year-old natural gas regulator that was improperly installed for an LP gas single-stage furnace serving three zones. Inspected the heat exchanger and condenser coils, noting debris accumulation requiring cleaning. Examined the Honeywell digital thermostat which was functioning properly with correct temperature readings. Customer indicated limited interest in full system replacement at this time.
