Performed boiler tune-up maintenance. Inspected heat exchanger, noting early rust accumulation that could potentially affect operation if it progresses. Vacuumed accessible bottom portion of unit. Confirmed proper igniter ohm readings and verified all radiators were functioning correctly with system pressure at approximately 12 psi. No water addition required at this time.
