Performed a furnace tune-up on residential system. During heat exchanger inspection, discovered a significant 2-3 inch crack in one combustion chamber. Detected rising carbon monoxide levels with increased temperature operation. Informed customer that heat exchanger replacement or full furnace replacement is required.
