Diagnosed unit failure in barn heater due to severe heat exchanger deterioration. Observed significant corrosion with multiple holes in the header pipe and cracking eyelets causing flame extinguishment when blower activates. Performed temperature diagnostics and determined replacement of the hanging heater is required due to unsafe operating condition.
