Responded to emergency water leak caused by broken shower handle. Inspected the Moen shower valve assembly and identified a failed cartridge as the source of the leak. Successfully replaced the defective Moen cartridge, restored proper functionality to the shower control, and verified complete resolution of the leak. Water service to home was restored after repair verification.
