Responded to a no-heat service call for an older boiler system. Upon inspection, discovered a condensate cup that wasn't properly tightened, causing ongoing leakage since installation. Tightened the component to stop the active leak, cleaned the affected floor area, and noted some black organic growth on the back wall which customer acknowledged. Advised customer to periodically check the area for any future leakage issues.
