Our client reached out to us to have a garbage disposal changed on a rental property. The old unit was removed and the new one was installed and tested for leaks. No leaks were found. All electric connections were tested as well and everything was perfect. Our clients tenant stated that there is an issue with a couple sinks within the home. I would recommend our client reschedule back up with us to resolve the faucets and flush the water heater. The tenant was very satisfied with our service.
