Homeowner noticed leak in dining room ceiling. Technician opened up drywall area and found that shower was leaking from drain. Technician also found pinhole leaks on copper and pressure to be 90 psi indicating that PRV had failed. Technician removed pinhole copper and installed new pex piping. Install new shower, drain and rebuilt shower trap. Installed new cartridge in master bathroom shower. Installed new trim as a courtesy. Installed new PRV and set pressure to 65 psi. Install new access panel. Homeowner had faucet for spare bedroom. Tech technician installed faucet for spare bedroom. Checked and tested for leaks.
